Ordering Guide for Bottles/Caps/Labels

Bottles, Caps, and Labels Ordering Guide

To calculate the amount of boxes, caps, and labels your clinic needs to order, please use the following information:

Take your Census data and multiply it by 28. (It might be best to figure out the average Census for last month!) This is the estimated amount of take homes you send out each month.

Please note that if you have a high number of Phase 0 patients, you'll need to remove that number from your census before multipying!

These numbers are how many items come in a box:

  • 1505 bottles (45cc size),

  • 2800 caps (45cc size),

  • 12,000 labels (4” x 1.375” size).

Here are the formulas to use to figure out how many boxes you’ll need to order:

  • Census (30 day average - phase 0 patients) x 28 = N

  • N / 1505 = Boxes of 45cc Bottles

  • N / 2800 = Boxes of 45 cc Caps

  • N / 12000 = Boxes of Labels
